When do you need collector boxes?
Collector boxes are ideal for organising loose documents, project folders or magazines that you consult regularly. You use them when you need flexible storage that you can easily move around, unlike fixed ring binders or suspension files.

Sufficient space for documents
These collector boxes offer enough room for a substantial stack of documents without becoming bulky. The A4 format, measuring 240 x 320 mm, fits standard office needs perfectly and fits in most office cabinets and shelves.

Practical push-button system for everyday use
The push-button closure ensures your documents stay securely stored, even during transport or when the box is held upside down. The writable spine label allows you to clearly mark the contents, which is essential for a well-organised filing system.

Colour coding for better organisation
This set of 8 pieces includes boxes in blue, black, red and green, so you can categorise projects or departments by colour. The 0.7 mm thick PP material is sturdy enough for frequent use, yet still flexible. Please note that you should use a waterproof marker to write on the spine label, so the text doesn't smudge during daily use.
