When do you need collection boxes?
Collection boxes are ideal when you want to organise loose documents, projects or files without having to punch holes. Use them for the temporary storage of paperwork that you may want to rearrange later, or for keeping important documents in their original condition.

Why choose this A4 version?
These Oxford collection boxes are specially designed for standard A4 documents measuring 240 x 320 mm. The filling height of 40 mm provides room for a substantial amount of paper without the box becoming overfull. You receive 12 pieces straight away, which is good value for offices managing several projects at once.

Practical benefits of the material
The boxes are made of PP (polypropylene) with a thickness of 0.7 mm, which gives them sturdiness without making them too heavy. The material is resistant to daily use and protects your documents against dust and moisture. The push-button closure keeps everything securely in place, even during transport.

Easy identification through colour coding
The pack contains four different colours: light blue, violet, light green and yellow. This colour differentiation helps you visually separate different projects or departments. The writable spine label also lets you clearly mark the contents, which speeds up finding specific documents.
