When you want to collect documents temporarily
Collection boxes are ideal when you want to gather A4 documents that do not yet need to be archived permanently. They are perfect for ongoing projects, temporary storage of paperwork, or when you want to sort documents before they go into folders.

Why a set of 4 is handy
These Memphis collection boxes are supplied as a set of 4 in classic colours: blue, black, red and green. This lets you separate different categories or projects straight away through colour coding. You don't need to order different colours separately, and you immediately have a complete system for managing your documents.

Sturdy PP construction with push-button closure
These boxes are made from 0.7 mm thick PP (polypropylene), which provides enough sturdiness to withstand regular use. The push-button closure keeps your documents safely in place, even when you move the box or store it temporarily. The material is also resistant to daily office use.

Practical organisation with writable spines
Each box has a writable spine label so you can see at a glance what is inside. With dimensions of 240 x 320 mm, they fit perfectly in standard office cabinets and on bookshelves. The different colours and writable spines allow you to quickly create a clear system that is easy to expand.
