What does this collection box do?

A collection box is designed to keep loose documents, folders or papers together in one sturdy storage box. You use it when you want to organise a larger amount of paper without needing a ring binder, for example for project files, archive documents or seasonal administration.

Why this A4 format?

The dimensions of 240 x 320 mm are tailored to standard A4 documents, so papers don't curl or stick out. The box offers room for a stack of sheets and remains compact enough that several boxes can be placed side by side or on top of each other.

Honest about the material: PP with a thickness of 0.7mm

The box is made of polypropylene (PP) with a wall thickness of 0.7mm. This means it is lightweight and resistant to moisture, which is handy in a busy office environment. PP of this thickness offers a good balance between flexibility and shape retention, but it is not a heavy cardboard archive box. It is best used for active use on your desk or in a cupboard, rather than as a long-term archive solution under heavy load.

Practical tips for everyday use

The box has a writable spine label, so you can see the contents at a glance when boxes stand next to each other on a shelf. The push-button closure keeps the contents together without the need for extra elastic bands.
