High-quality watercolour brush with golden synthetic fibres for precise painting techniques. The fine point and sturdy brass grip give you full control over watercolour.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need a round watercolour brush?
A round watercolour brush is essential for watercolour work where you want to create both fine details and smooth colour transitions. You use this type of brush for applying washes, painting flower petals, portraits and landscapes where precision and control are important.
Why size 3 is the ideal middle ground
Size 3 gives you the perfect balance between detail work and filling larger areas. With this size you can draw fine lines as well as fill smaller surfaces, without constantly having to switch brushes. It is a versatile size suitable for most watercolour techniques.
Advantages of gold-coloured synthetic fibres
The gold-coloured synthetic fibres of this brush have a very fine tip that retains its shape well while painting. Synthetic hairs are more durable than natural hairs and keep their springiness for longer. They absorb water and paint well without holding too much moisture, which is important for controlled watercolour work.
Recognising and maintaining your brush
The round, seamlessly nickel-plated brass ferrule ensures the hairs stay firmly in place and prevents paint from getting between the ferrule and the handle. The short, glossy lacquered handle gives you good control while painting. Always rinse the brush thoroughly after use and gently reshape the tip with your fingers before letting it dry.
