What does this ink ribbon do and when do you need it?
This nylon ink ribbon lets your Okidata dot matrix printer print clear black again. You need a new ribbon when your printer's prints start to look faint or begin to show streaks. The ribbon holds the ink that is transferred onto the paper during printing by the printer's pins.

Why choose this specific ink ribbon?
This Kores ink ribbon has been specially developed for the Okidata ML5520, ML5521, ML5590 and ML5591 printer models. The A310NYS reference ensures you get exactly the right size and type of ribbon that fits your printer. By using the correct ribbon, you prevent mechanical problems and ensure optimal print quality.

Advantages of the nylon material
The nylon material of this ink ribbon offers a good balance between durability and print sharpness. Nylon ribbons last longer than ordinary fabric ribbons and deliver consistent print quality throughout their lifespan. They are resistant to intensive use and retain their shape well during printing.

Practical installation tip
Before installation, always check that your printer model exactly matches the compatible models ML5520, ML5521, ML5590 or ML5591. When fitting the new ribbon, pay attention to the correct direction of rotation and make sure the ribbon does not become twisted or kinked. Store unused ribbons in a dry place at room temperature to prevent them from drying out.
