What is a collection box and when do you need one?
A collection box is a practical storage solution for temporarily keeping and transporting loose documents, project papers or files. You use this box when you want to gather papers before they go into a permanent folder or archive, or when you want to move working documents easily between different workspaces.

Why choose this A4 size?
This Memphis collection box is designed for the A4 format and offers space for documents in standard office size. This makes it ideal for bundling project papers or files where you need more than a thin folder. The A4 format fits perfectly with standard office paper and document sizes.

Sturdy construction with 0.7 mm PP material
This collection box is made from PP (polypropylene) with a thickness of 0.7 mm, which provides enough sturdiness to protect your documents. The material withstands daily use and keeps its shape, even when the box is full. The blue colour gives a professional look and makes the box easy to recognise among other office supplies.

Practical details for easy use
The box measures 240 x 320 mm and is fitted with a labellable spine panel, so you can clearly indicate the contents. The push-button closure ensures your documents stay securely enclosed during transport or storage. The spine panel makes it easy to find the right box in a row of several boxes.
