What does this product do?
The Faber-Castell POLYCHROMOS coloured pencil has been specially developed for artists who want to achieve professional results. This oil-based pastel pencil produces intense, pure colours that are ideal for detailed drawing work, illustrations and artistic projects. The cadmium yellow colour (107) offers a warm, bright yellow tint that blends excellently with other colours.

Why this oil pastel variant?
The oil pastel formula allows you to apply soft, even layers of colour without a grainy texture. The 3.8 mm thick core gives you control over both fine details and flat areas of colour. This property makes the pencil more versatile than ordinary coloured pencils, as you can use a range of application techniques.

Water and smudge resistance
An important feature of this POLYCHROMOS pencil is that it is smudge-proof and water-resistant. This means your colours will not fade when they come into contact with moisture, and you cannot accidentally smudge them while working. For artists, this is crucial, as it guarantees the durability of their work and prevents blending mistakes.

Practical usage tip
The round shape and 176 mm length ensure comfortable drawing over long periods. Thanks to the break-resistant core, you need not worry about points breaking during intensive use. Combine this cadmium yellow with other POLYCHROMOS colours from the range for optimal colour mixing and professional results.
