What does this colouring pencil do for artists?
This Faber-Castell Polychromos colouring pencil has been specially developed for professional artists and experienced hobbyists. The oil-based pencil core delivers intense pigmentation and excellent colour rendering, so you can create detailed drawings and artworks that retain their colour for a long time.

Why choose the warm grey variant?
Warm Grey V (colour code 274) is an essential colour for shading and creating depth in your artwork. This neutral shade blends naturally with other colours and is indispensable for realistic portraits, landscapes and architectural drawings where subtle grey tones are needed.

Advantages of the 3.8 mm oil-based pencil core
The sturdy 3.8 mm oil-based core in this round pencil is break-resistant, which means it doesn't snap easily during intensive use. Thanks to its smudge- and waterproof properties, your drawings stay intact, even when in contact with water or when wiping away marks. This makes the pencil reliable for important art projects.

Practical features for everyday use
At a length of 176 mm, this pencil sits comfortably in the hand during long drawing sessions. The round shape provides a natural grip and prevents the pencil from rolling off your worktable. The oil-based core sharpens well for fine details, or you can use it broadly for large areas.
